WARRANTY AND REFUND POLICY
Warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. It applies to all products purchased from UPick. For in-store purchases, the warranty period begins on the date of purchase. For online orders, the warranty period starts on the delivery date. The types and durations of the warranties differ depending on the product. Customer should review the warranty information before making a purchase.
Replacement Warranty
During the replacement warranty period, we will replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. Damage Caused by accident, misuse, liquid contact, fire, or other external cause are not covered by warranty.
Service Warranty
Service warranty applies exclusively to the labor and services performed by our technicians. This warranty does not cover any parts, material or components that may required for the service. Customers are responsible for the cost of any parts or material. This warranty is void if the product has been repaired by anyone other than authorized technicians from UPick
Refund Policy
If we are unable to provide a replacement for a product covered under the warranty period, we will accept the return of the product and issue a full refund. Otherwise purchased items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Warranty Resolve Policy
For in-store purchases, customers must return the product covered under the warranty period at their own expense for replacement or repair. For online orders, we will courier a new product. Customers are required to receive the new product and return the previous one to the delivery person. We will dispatch the new product within three working days upon receiving a warranty claim, and we will cover the courier charges. However, if we find any irregularities with the warranty claim, we reserve the right to recall the product to our office for further inspection.
